Adult Star Anna Polly Dies While Filming X-Rated Scene With Two Men

An adult star has tragically died while filming an X-rated scene with two men.

OFs star Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, known online as Anna Polly, died in Nova Iguacu in Rio de Janeiro on January 23.

It’s believed the 27-year-old plunged from a hotel balcony where she was reportedly shooting a risque scene.

The adult star was reportedly found dead in a courtyard at an aparthotel and Brazillian authorities have since launched an inquiry into her death.

The Sun reports that grim footage shows a police officer standing over a body – believed to be Anna’s – in a blood-covered sheet.

It’s believed the adult star was filming an X-rated scene with two men at the time of her death.

The two men with Anna have reportedly given conflicting accounts of what occurred. Following questioning, they have been released by police.

It’s believed the police homicide unit is analyzing CCTV as part of the investigation, has quizzed hotel staff, and will be looking into Anna’s phone.

A Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit said: “We are conducting a thorough investigation to clarify what happened.

“It’s a complex case, and we don’t rule out any possibility, from an accident to a possible crime.”

To determine Anna’s cause of death, an autopsy has been ordered.

Anna’s boyfriend Pedro Henrique, who wasn’t involved in the filming, said: “All the information about the case is already in the hands of the police and they are investigating.

“If someone is to blame, they will pay and the culprit will be found.”

Her heartbroken partner has also paid tribute in a social media post, penning: “It’s so difficult without you. As the hours pass it’s starting to sink in and the hole in my heart is only getting bigger.”

After hearing the devastating news, a friend commented: “She had loads of plans, she wanted to expand her presence on social media and she always spoke enthusiastically about her future projects.

“This news has left everyone stunned.”
